The Pacific Bonanza Society (PBS) is a Regional Society of the American Bonanza Society (ABS). PBS is a Social organization. We provide an opportunity for our members to fly to unique destinations and spend quality time with like minded Beechcraft owners & enthusiasts. We organize several types of Fly-in's - Day trips, Long weekends and multiple week Flying Safaris.

In July 2006, and 2010 PBS's first group of two ventured into Alaska for 2-3 full weeks of formation flying. We all experienced the unspoiled beauty of Alaska's majestic and incredibly beautiful terrain. We began our adventure in Washington. During our 2-3 weeks of flying, we ventured through Canada, Fairbanks, (did a touch and go on the Alaska Highway!), Anchorage for some close encounters with the Black & Brown Bears, Homer for some Halibut fishing, Valdez where we enjoyed flying 50 feet off the top of glaciers, and last but not least ... We were just in Monument Valley Utah/Arizona with family and really enjoyed ourselves. Have you been there? It's in a Navajo Indian Tribe Park and has some great tours to offer. We are co-hosting a PBS Trip there combined with St George, Utah. Our plan is to fly into Monument Valley (UT25) check into the View Hotel, take a sunset tour in the Valley at 4:15 (around 3 hours), have dinner at the Hotel and spend two night, then fly to St George on Friday morning, spend 2 nights there, touring Kolob Canyon Friday afternoon, Zion National Park Saturday, and head home Sunday. I know it's a whirlwind weekend but could be fun.

2025 ABS Convention & Trade Show, happening September 18-21, 2025, in Wichita, KS!
With so much to look forward to, including expert seminars, engaging activities, and networking with over 600 ABS members and guests, this is an event you won't want to miss.
The event will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel and Century II Bob Brown Expo Hall Convention Center, with KAAO Jabara Airport serving as our host airport. Complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport will be available Wednesday through Sunday.
